Remove and replace controller and wire harness put freezer into Diagnostics put it into defrost only and was not getting the heater to heat up song about heating element it check good check for power coming out of wire harness in did not have power call tech support talk to Robert he had me do a gnomes check from the controller down through the wire harness to the heating element it showed an open the customer is getting a new freezer Sr number is 7731497112

Arrived and changed out controller a new controller would not even power on I need to reorder controller also wire harness was the wrong wire harness need new wire harness; ordrng 1 W11253128 (Controller) and 1 W11103760 (Harness)

When I arrive evaporator was a big ball of ice so put freezer in diagnostic mode turned on defrost heater and check for amps and volts to defrost heater and had none did the ohms check of the defrost heating element it check good Sony new controller and wire harness; ordrng 1 W11382529 (Controller) and 1 W11244436 (Harness)
