"Per testing, found that the wires to the drain pump,were broken at the holding clip on the side of the drain pump. Using proper wire connectors , repaired the broken wires to the drain pump. When running a test cycle found that the unit was not shifting properly. Found that the cam assembly was bad. Replaced the cam assembly and Checked the operation of the drain pump and other components in a couple of test cycles, operation checks ok. Wp wrn; used 1 W10721967 (CAM) from stock"

"Per testing according to check drain error, found that the neutral wire to the drain pump was open, broken, somewhere in the wire harness. Replaced the wire harness and checked for proper operation of all components in a test cycle, operation checks ok. ; ordrng 1 W11568984 (HARNS-WIRE)"

Part of harness touched bake element caused a pop sound customer heard. Elements were 17.6 ohm. Temp sensor was 1109 ohms. In diagnostics had f6e2 over temperature error. Replaced Electronic control and tested with customer. Operation checks ok.

"Ran the unit thru diagnostics and a couple of tests to check for proper operation of all components, soap dissolving, and checked for error codes. Erased error codes and it did not come back up after the diagnostics test. Unit is running as designed at this time. Asked the customer to just drop the soap pod in the bottom of the unit at the beginning of the cycle. The customer is using all recommended products and settings."
