Replaced capacitor and tested washer in diagnostics had no issues with washer operation checks ok.

Washer has bad capacitor. Please order part for customer Do not have one to use from stock ; ordrng 1 W11395618 (Capacitor)

Removed power and rewired washer. Did system recalibration and diagnostics cycle. Let unit run abit to see if operation was good had no issues at this time.

Nate tech support 7736006457Watched washer go thru complete cycle with no issues after checking diagnostics codes. Did have F7E5 and F7e7. Spokemwith tech manager and was told to call tech support. Per tech support unit could have partially broken wire causing customer issue. Please order harness for customer. ; ordrng 1 W11545744 (Lower harness)

Removed power disassembled washer installed new gearcase reassembled washer and did system recalibration and diagnostics cycle. Washer had belt sqeak during test also replaced belt. Operation checks ok m. ; used 1 W11239857 ( Belt) from stock
