Customer stated unit is working properly and does not need service

"Installed new control, tested unit, all checks okay, advised customer to watch for temperature fluctuations, customer said he will monitor temps with thermometer and call in if the issue persists, customer to observe."

"Inspected unit, Took kick plate off and looked underneath refrigerator, took back panel off, looked for anything that could be causing scratches from bottom of refrigerator, refrigerator is structurally sound, i observed no issues, unit rolls good, customer has rubber linoleum floors that are slightly uneven which is causing unit to sit at an angle and sink into floor slightly, advised customer that she could get floor Sliders to put underneath rollers that would resolve the issue and raise refrigerator up slightly, all checks okay at this time."

Found seal was pulling apart from door replace door seal heat it up and made sure door sealed unit checks good at this time

"Per testing on previous visit replaced the inlet valve due to stripped threads not allowing the supply linevto seat properly. Checked the unit in diagnostics and for leaking, operation checks ok and no leaking. Wp wrn"
