"Found unit completely unresponsive, quit mid-cycle. Found unit receiving 120 volts at control but control only sending 2-3 VDC to user interface, needs 5 volts. Determined main control is at fault, needs replaced. Quoted repair and customer to replace unit. Control W10737607 $197.96 Labor $123.00"

Wish he would have found the problem the first time and we would have saved buying a part we didn’t even need… it’s still not fixed … we would have what it cost for a new washer! The second time he was here he said the broken hinge is something they see a lot but didn’t see it the first time
