Customer had microwave sitting on a trailer in the cold. And was not home. Took pics of unit and of data tag. Also noticed bottom is covered in grease. When customer arrived at home told him we cannot test it properly where its sitting. And explained it needs cleaned. Customer will call back if needed.

Put washer and did Diagnostics and found drain pump was making a loud noise and not pumping took hose off a drain pump found a nail inside drain pump remove nail tested drain pump hand washing machine all works properly

Put dishwasher into diagnostic mode and let it run through I had no error codes but put coffee cup in top rack right side up to collect water and no water would even get into the coffee cup and top rack spray arm would not move wherever I put it it would stay there Sony new sump and motor assembly did check for clogs inside all tubing up to top rack and could not find any; ordrng 1 W10888591 (Sump and motor assembly)

WASHER MAYTAG MVWC565FW2 When I put washer into diagnostic and the spin function you could hear something rubbing tried to take agitator out but it wouldn't come lose so need new gearcase and agitator ; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Gearcase) and 1 W11161960 (Agitator)
