Customers complaint is weak flow on hot water remove the hose in the back of the machine to check screen seam clear but there's a definite difference between the hot water and the cold water fill unit needs hot water valve replaced again; ordrng 1 W11210463 (Valve)

Control panel is non responsive. Removed top and used meter checked power to control panel at acu. Voltage is not consistent. With inconsistent power at control panel cannot determine if it is bad. Will need both panel and acu to preform repair. Please order parts for customer. ; ordrng 1 W11384511 (Console) and 1 W11512515 (Acu)

Rwmoved power took washer apart after breaking off washer plate. Replaced motor gearcase and slider. Reassembled and tested in diagnostics after recalibration. Operation checks ok. ; used 1 W10734521 ( Slider) from stock

Replace the fill valve on the washer still had a leak at the hose connection for the cold water side customer had another hose I removed the hose washer from a different hose and installed it with grease unit operating properly at this time customer will observe for continued operation

Check the machine over customers complaint is leaking on the cold water side in through the valve unit must have debris under the Piston of the solenoid will require replacement of the fill valve; ordrng 1 W11210463 (Valve)
