Just bought this refrigerator from Lowe’s and I have had frost, noise and trouble with refrigerator. I have extended warranty. Call A and Z and Mr Daniel came out and fixed everything. Freezer is doing great and refrig. This was the nicest, helpful and friendly technician. Theses will be my go to appliance people.Have any problem with your appliances call AZ. Everything is running great . Thank you

He fit us in his schedule, assessed the problem, contacted Maytag for the part, picked it up, and came back that day to install the new circuit board. Woohoo, I can do laundry now!!!

John worked hard trying to fix the unfixable refrigerator. He worked many times to get it done. He was a joy when he came into our home. He was responsible and respectable when here. He got the paperwork done for a replacement efficiently and whirlpool called us quickly. If ever needed we would ask for John personally. Thank you for the opportunity to let you know how John is when working on our home.
