"Inspected unit, checked thermostat and cold control, checked evaporator fan motor, verified good connections at fan motor and that motor has proper voltage and is running properly, compressor is running normally, temperatures in freezer are normal at this time, freezer is reading 5? and refrigerator is reading 37?, all operation checks okay"

"Inspected unit, checked refrigerator temperature sensor placement in baffle housing, verified sensor is mounted properly and has good air flow, internal temperature of refrigerator is at 29?, freezer temperature at 20, refrigerator not running because of cold outside temperature in surrounding setting, was able to warm up internal temperature of refrigerator so that refrigerator started running, advised customer of operating temperatures during the winter months will affect freezer temperatures because the thermostat is in the refrigerator section, advised customer they could try putting a space heater next to the refrigerator to warm up the ambient temperature during the winter months, verified evaporator fan operating properly verified compressor is operating properly, all operation checks normal"

Smoking / Smells. Took washer apart--- checked Elect CNTRL Box assembly in back / bottom of unit.Cannot find anything burned or evidence of a problem.
