"Complaint of unit not finishing cycles. Checked errors, F8E1(long fill) Checked unit over, found drain line is on the floor, advised drain line must be installed to at least tub height to ensure water does not syphon out of unit. Unit will cancel cycles if it senses it is losing water. All other functions test normal."

W11686855 control panel Removed burner caps and confirmed proper airflow through burner and ignition of burners. Tested control panel due to the three and nine button not consistently actuating for customer. Control panel is showing as a non-orderable part. Confirmed correct part number through service matters. Customer to reach out to manufacture If further issues. All other checks at this time are good customer to observe

"Removed drier and confirmed low refrigerant, replaced and charged with 140 PSI nitrogen. Bubble checked all tubing and could not find leak anywhere. Recharged unit and advised customer to monitor, if leak persists will be able to find with UV dye."

"Found unit has made 2 small batches of ice in 2 days. Found ice box fan running properly but freezer not quite as cold as it needs to be, ice cream is soft. Compressor and fans running, sensors test fine. Disassembled freezer and found partial frost pattern and ice building up on entry line of evaporator indicating sealed system leak. Advised customer leak is most likely in fridge evap but won't know for sure until system tapped, returning to leak check.; ordrng 1 W11492867 (Evaporator) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier) and 1 102 (R134) and 1 108 (Nitrogen)"
