"Complaint that unit would not start quick cycle, ran hot water when not selected. Found unit was defaulting to affresh cycle, ran diagnostic cycle, all functions normal. Recommended to connect to maytag app to update and it will keep it from defaulting to clean cycle. All checks ok."

Gearcase - W11449840 Level unit for proper balancing and so that drum was properly spaced between lid of the units. Recommend customer to use deep water fill and bulky cycles for larger loads of wash. Recalibrated the main electronic control. If you were to come back recommending replacement of gearcase

"Complaint of detergent door not latching closed. Confirmed complaint, checked for any other errors, none stored, all other functions test normal. Replaced dispenser, retested, door is now opening normally, all checks ok.; pckd up 1 W10861000 (Dispenser)"
