Filter was plugged with lint. Drained about 20 gallons of water with shop vac cleaned filter and reassembled tested unit. Drain is working properly. Explained to customer filter needs cleaned regularly or this will continue to be an issue. Operation checks ok. ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11458345 PUMP
