"Customer stated unit was not igniting like it should on front right and back left burners, after inspection, could not find any issues as burners were lighting properly every time for me, found customer had been turning knob too quickly causing burners to intermittently not light, advised customer burners need a little bit of time to ignite due to gas traveling to burner and igniting, unit checks ok.
