"Customer stated unit still making noise, would not recreate noise but customer showed video of issue. Took unit apart and checked all rollers, blower fan, and motor, all of those check ok with no unusual sounds or issues. Found vent still has some potential of chirping on cabinet, used aluminum tape to secure vent more. Put unit back together and tested unit, unit not making any unusual noises, customer to monitor. Per customer if unit still has issues, customer to get unit replaced by Costco. Also documented online with techline."
